Tendring Music Festival and More

Dear Parents and Carers,
This week our choir have been performing in the Tendring Music Festival. Staff and parents were very impressed with how well the choir performed some quite tricky songs. One of our children was even chosen to perform a solo—and they did this amazingly well in front of the entire audience of the Princess Theatre. Our thanks to the staff that worked with our children to enable them to enjoy this experience and to perform at such a high level, particular thanks to Mrs Hill who runs our choir and dealt with all the necessary logistics. Children, you will be interested to know that Mrs Hill already has an idea for another music event………..but I’ll let her tell you about this in due course.

We wish Miss Sturrock and her fiancé all the very best for the future as they get married this week.
When she returns on Monday, Miss Sturrock will be Mrs Parkes.
Our children have thoroughly enjoyed dressing up for Red Nose Day and have raised a significant amount of money to support those that are less fortunate and that are facing difficult circumstances. We link this to some of our Core Christian Values including compassion and friendship.
